To get access to the links of the online conference rooms, you have to be logged in to ConfTool and registered as conference participant. You can still register until 25 September here.

The links to the online conference rooms can be found in the conference program in ConfTool.

Click on „Browse Conference Agenda“. Then click on the respective session you are interested to join. In the detailed view, the link to the session is then displayed behind "External Resource".

You will also find a virtual room for the breaks. During your breaks you are also welcome to gather and meet in the conference rooms where no session is currently taking place or where no session will take place 40 minutes later (Attention: The rooms of the plenary sessions, the panel discussion and the General Assembly of the Gewisola cannot be used for gatherings.)

To open the links tot he online conference rooms we highly recommend to use Google Chrome or Firefox.

The browser window now opens the entrance to the online conference room. Please enter your full name when entering the room.

Please leave your microphone and camera switched off in the rooms where a session is currently taking place or will take place in a few minutes. Only switch on your microphone and camera when you are requested to do so by the session chair.

Information on how you as a conference participant can participate in the discussions following the presentations and a detailed description of the technical functions can be found under the link below.
